Our most prestigious industry award to-date, we were awarded the national Scottish winner at the annual Digital Business Awards in the Education & Training category, which was judged by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA). Following a tough application and then a live pitching round in Belfast Northern Ireland, we scooped this cool award “to apply digital content knowledge, skills and technologies for innovation”.

A night of glitz and glamour was had at one of the biggest events in Scotland’s entrepreneurial calendar. The Giglets Education team celebrated with our fellow entrepreneurs from Entrepreneurial-Spark, Scotland’s largest Business Accelerator. We were absolutely delighted to come away with the top prize on the night and would like to thank Entrepreneurial-Spark and all of its supporters for playing a significant part in the Giglets journey.

This significant investment supported our product development and created new jobs. We were successful after a gruelling selection process involving first rounds, regional semi-finals and ultimately the national final held to a panel of some of Scotland’s top business people including Lord Willie Haughey.We were overwhelmed to be selected as a winner on the night and to be awarded the full fund award that we had asked for. Thank you to everyone who supported Giglets Education in reaching this point.
