Recent studies highlight the critical role of fostering a sense of belonging in schools to enhance student wellbeing and academic success. Recognising this, we are hosting a webinar titled 'Where to Start with Belonging in Schools,' featuring a panel of esteemed educators and inclusion advocates.​

In this session, our expert panel will share insights, strategies, and practical approaches to help school leaders and educators cultivate inclusive environments where every student feels valued and connected. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the foundational elements necessary to initiate and sustain a culture of belonging within their schools.​

Panelists:

Ian Timbrell: Founder of More Than Flags and Rainbows, Ian is an education consultant specializing in LGBTQ+ diversity, inclusion, and Relationships and Sex Education (RSE).

Audrey Pantelis: An experienced educator and consultant, Audrey focuses on leadership development and creating inclusive school cultures.

Rachel Higginson: Founder of Finding my Voice and advocate for inclusive education, Rachel has extensive experience in implementing strategies that support diverse student populations, ensuring that every child feels a sense of belonging and acceptance.​

Tim Mobbs: Head of Community and Ambassadors at Teach First as well as a former school leader, Tim has a wealth of experience in cultivating belonging for students, staff and the wider communities he serves.
