Join the Education Engagement team as they host a live lesson with schools across the country. This live lesson will offer teachers an excellent opportunity to explore the diverse ways in which a single Giglets text can be used to develop essential literacy skills, including comprehension and fluency.
Centred around the text 'Marine', part of the 'Looking After Our World' series, pupils will enjoy an engaging literacy lesson linked to learning about the Earth's ocean, why it is important, and what we can all do to look after it.
The event is open to all pupils, but will appeal most to those aged 9-11.
There will be an opportunity for pupils to enter our Earth Day competition too; find out more during the event!
You can choose to have your camera turned on so that your pupils can see themselves and other schools in our wonderful community, or you may wish to turn your camera off and still participate via the chat function.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our help desk at support@giglets.com.
